Villa Immortelle is situated ideally in the center of Adriatic coast, close to almost every natural and historical beauty Croatia has to offer.

Villa Immortelle is a private and tranquil villa with sea view, outdoor pool,150m from the sea and beach. It can accommodate up to 7 (6+1 ) guests in 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated in small, quiet village Rovanjska, where Adriatic sea meets Velebit mountain, your stay in Villa Immortelle enables you to enjoy the best of both summer and the mountain activities.

There are 4 national parks within 1.5 hour by car ( Paklenica 11km, Plitvice (UNESCO), Krka, Kornati), towns Zadar 30 km, Sibenik, Split are close, airport 30km away, A1 highway exit 3 mins.

In Rovanjska there are small shops and restaurants at walking distance. In the evenings you can take a walk by the sea, or visit 2000 years old town Zadar with it's rich cultural heritage and many restaurants with locally grown food.

Luxury facilities

The spacious covered terrace and outdoor space with sofas and deckchairs together with the swimming pool guarantees relaxation, overlooking the bay and breathtaking sunsets. Outdoor shower, large barbecue/grill with outdoor kitchen, children's playground will make your stay very comfortable.There is also outside dinning area with table and chairs.

Our bedrooms are equipped with 2 double (180x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), and bathrooms with walk in shower as well as bath, and bidet. All bedrooms have flat TV.

Open plan living room and kitchen are fully equipped. Kitchen: Dining table for 8 guests, induction/gas hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster all dishes and cooking utensils as well as spices. Living room can accommodate 6 people at the sofa while watching smart TV.

WIFI internet access throughout the house. Also there are safe, bicycles, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, baby cot free of charge. Garage for one car and 4 parking places in our fenced yard.
